Abstract This article discusses a proposed Higgs-Energy LEptoN (HELEN) e + - linear collider based on advanced traveling wave superconducting radio frequency technology. The offers cost and AC power savings, smaller footprint (relative to the ILC), could be built at Fermilab. After initial physics run 250 GeV, upgraded either higher luminosity or higher, up 500 energies.
